Refund policy

Sometimes a piece may not feel quite right in its new setting. Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition. To arrange a return, please email hello@delphiestudio.com. For a smooth process, returns should be sent via a tracked service with proof of postage retained, as responsibility for the item remains with the sender until it has been safely received. Once the return arrives, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
