Shipping policy

Most orders are dispatched within two to three working days, with confirmation sent once an item is on its way. If a delivery is needed urgently, please email hello@delphiestudio.com and every effort will be made to arrange a faster shipping option. Wherever possible, packaging is made from reused or recycled materials, helping to reduce waste and support a more sustainable approach. If anything arrives damaged, please get in touch promptly so it can be resolved quickly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for most items.

Furniture (currently only delivered within UK mainland).

Larger or oversized pieces, such as furniture, are delivered by courier and currently only delivered within the UK. Orders can be placed to secure an item, and a tailored delivery quote will be provided. Please email hello@delphiestudio.com if a quote is needed before ordering. Delivery typically takes one to two weeks, depending on courier availability.

Art

Art can be shipped internationally. At checkout, a note will indicate that delivery will be quoted separately. Once the order is placed, a tailored shipping cost will be provided. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, import fees, or local taxes

Small Decorative Pieces

Smaller items are currently shipped within the UK. If you’re overseas and interested in something special, please get in touch to discuss options.

Collection

Collection is also available from N22; simply select this option at checkout and a convenient time will be arranged.
