Welcome to Delphie (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that apply when you purchase from our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Products
Our pieces are a mix of vintage, antique and pre-loved, which means they may show signs of age, wear, or character consistent with their history. We believe this adds to their charm and uniqueness. We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but small variations in colour, texture, or condition may occur.
2. Orders Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
If, for any reason, an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We take great care in packaging our items, but once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or damage during transit.

4. Returns
As each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We strongly advise returns to be sent via a tracking service.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, and content on this site are owned by Delphie and may not be used without permission.
6. Liability
We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
