A lovely vintage Swedish oil painting depicting a peaceful shoreline scene, with sailboats gathered along the water’s edge and another boat floating front and centre in the water. Painted in a beautiful earthy palette of blues, greens, warm browns and burnt orange, the composition has a calm, atmospheric quality and a lovely sense of stillness.
Signed by the Swedish artist and sourced from Sweden, the painting has been professionally reframed in a handsome dark walnut frame, chosen to complement the rich, natural tones of the artwork.
A calming piece for a living room, bedroom or hallway.
Good vintage condition, with some light signs of age consistent with its history. Please see photos.
