A beautifully sculptural 1970s Danish candlestick holder by Asmussen, with a distinctive teardrop silhouette and a warm 24 carat gold-plated finish. The design was produced in a range of sizes and with different numbers of drops; this example is a single holder with an elegant, graduated form.
Its decorative shape and lustrous finish make it particularly striking styled on a dining table, shelf or side table, where it catches the light beautifully.
Excellent vintage condition.
