Vintage Mid-Century Brass Lily Candlestick Holders – Pair
Vintage Mid-Century Brass Lily Candlestick Holders – Pair

A stunning pair of vintage brass Lily candlestick holders, with their distinctive organic form of gracefully curved petals which cradle the candle. The Lily design was originally created by Swedish sculptor Ivar Ålenius Björk for the 1939 New York World’s Fair and has since become a much-loved example of Scandinavian mid-century design.
Made from brass, the pair has developed a lovely aged patina which adds warmth and character to their sculptural form. They would look equally lovely displayed on a mantelpiece, dining table, sideboard or shelf.
There are some minor age-related marks to the brass, consistent with their age and only noticeable on close inspection. These do not detract from the overall appearance of the pair.

Each piece has lived a prior life before finding its way here. Signs of age, wear or character are part of its story – and what make it unique. Every item is photographed and described with care, though small variations may occur.
